Very knowledgeable, great advice regarding pricing. Lots of property comparisons and info given in sellers package and bonus of Crown voucher on completion.

Smoothest sale I’ve ever done. Sally was really knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with.

I cannot speak highly enough of the experience we have had with Sue Done. The level of communication care and investment she has shown us, as buyers has been incredibly professional and of a very high standard. Whenever we had a question, query irrespective of the time of day. She was always very responsive and available to us. It goes without saying you can tell that Sue takes pride and enjoys what she does, it shines through in her work. She has left a lasting impression on our family. Thank you so much, Sue and the team at Southern Gateway for helping us purchase our first family home. We couldn’t be happier! Would highly recommend using Southern Gateway for all things Real Estate.

We were very lost to find the property as we were in Sydney and then we met Sue and Sally from Southern Gateway. They helped us all along the way to settle and make decisions. They went outside the box and also assisted us in their days off as well to get the process sorted and convenient. I highly recommend them for your next home adventure.

So happy I made the decision to go with Helen. I took her advice from presenting the property to how it should be listed and the price. She was obviously experienced and the results exceeded my expectations.

David

Amazing to deal with is black and white and gives you her time an understanding. You are not a number which is huge. Happily work with Helen anytime in the future as the results have spoken with the hard work.

We were the buyers and Sue was the seller’s agent. She presented the property professionally despite the current seller’s market. She was quick to address any queries and always great with communication. Thanks Sue!

Helen was professional, very friendly, honest, informative, supportive and understanding. She strived to do the best by us and she delivered more than we expected. I have already referred her to others, and can highly recommend Helen for your property needs.
