Aaron has been in real estate sales since 2002. He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and a Licensed Auctioneer. 11 years were spent selling in Kalgoorlie and in 2005 he joined Elders Real Estate and in his first year he won the Elders rising star and has been the number “1” performer for Elders W.A., 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 for Listing, Sales and Settled Commissions.
In 2013, he relocated to Perth with his wife Misty and their 2 Daughters Courtney and Jasmine. Aaron’s wife is a professional jockey and Courtney and Jasmine love athletics, playing AFL Football and the horses.
He really enjoys working at Southern Gateway Real Estate because they are very professional and passionate about real estate. As he says, “I enjoy helping people in their real estate transactions: to make it as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. I look forward to helping you.”
Tammy is responsible for the day to day running of the office, processing our sales and managing the Sales and Rentals trust accounts.
Being in Real Estate since 2002, she has a wealth of knowledge in all things Administration.
Winning the Elders Real Estate 2014 National and WA Sales Support of the year plus winning for WA in 2012 and 2013, Tammy is extremely excited to bring these skills to our office at Southern Gateway Real Estate.
In 2010, Sue decided on a career change and chose Real Estate with Kwinana being her main area. With a background in Hospitality, she knows and understands just how important the client is. Never looking back, she loves working as a Property Consultant and always strives for the best outcome using her negotiating skills.

Sue has a strong emphasis on customer service and likes to get the job done with a no-nonsense approach.

Helen has an extensive background in real estate, initially worked as a sales consultant for 4 years in Tasmania and before that ran her own small business. With a keen marketing mind, Helen ensures that each of her client’s properties are presented to highlight their best features and gain maximum attention and price outcome.
Helen is dedicated to working tirelessly for her clients and believes that each property and client is individual and therefore tailors each of her sales strategies to suit the situation and desired outcome.
An animal lover and resident of Kwinana, in her spare time Helen will often be found relaxing at the Kwinana dog park with her dog Chester or at the gym pretending to work out! She loves the Kwinana area with its easy access to the beach and that there is always a community event to attend or to join in with.
Enthusiastic and energetic, Helen’s interpersonal and organisation skills perfectly complement her “out-of-the-box” thinking. She works hard to ensure each sale is handled with minimal fuss to the client.
Tayla is originally a Tassie girl and came to WA in 2018. Her successful 11 year background in hospitality and management has been built on a solid foundation of customer service– the customer is always No. 1 in Tayla’s business. Vibrant and full of energy, Tayla has the right get up and go to get your house SOLD!
Tayla’s other passion is her family life and enjoying the beautiful parks and beaches of Perth and relishing a good adventure!

Rhonda was a former Steward in the Royal Australian Navy turned Real Estate Agent. Originally raised in Kwinana, Rhonda relocated to Rockingham whilst serving in the Royal Australian Navy in 2004.
She has a considerable background in Administration and Document Control, before becoming a Personal Assistant within the real estate industry. It was while in this position that she obtained her sales registration and decided to pursue a career in sales in real estate.
Rhonda loves to read, spend time with family and friends and cheer her AFL team on during the weekend. We are delighted to welcome Rhonda to our sales team!
Suz commenced working within the real estate industry in 2016, working within the Rockingham and Surrounds area.
Coming from a background in defence healthcare, Suz bases her services in the real estate sector on customer care, honesty and professionalism in a friendly caring manner.
Suz has a keen interest in all things home renovation and loves spending time at the beach.
Suz specialises in all suburbs of Rockingham, where she lives with her family and pet Schnauzer, Ralph. We are excited to have Suz join our team!

Since moving from the UK in 2006, Susan became a local to the area and a familiar face within the community.
